“We recently received a Garmetech White Gold mattress from the folks at Palmetto mattress. The mattress has exceeded our expectations with respect to comfort! Palmetto sales people described the product and delivered! Talk about a great night’s sleep – we haven’t been that comfortable in a decade (since our last mattress purchase – a pillow top). Moreover the service we received from Palmetto Mattress was 5-star. Questions concerning their warranty terms, sleep-trial periods, comparison of the Garmetech product manufactured in 2008 versus 2009, and questions concerning memory foam mattresses in general were answered in a prompt, clear, and concise fashion (supplemented by photos AND pdf documents with manufacturer specifications!). Chris always answered my questions quickly AND followed up on the phone. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Palmetto again and highly recommend them to anyone searching for a top quality memory foam mattress.”
